Mobile Customer Service Representative (Mobile CSR) is a Line-of-Business App for Win 8 and Win 10 platforms which is developed for agents to serve customers. At the branch, a staff member with a Mobile CSR app on a Windows 8 and Windows 10 tablet can welcome customers and propose to assist them with transactions such as bill payments and cheque book requests. In addition, the staff member can see from the Mobile CSR app the list of customers who are at the branch with their details, via an integration with the queuing system where they swiped their card and got their ticket. He can then assist them while they’re waiting or redirect them to Assisted Service Terminals and Self Service Terminals, thus reducing the overall traffic to the Teller.
